I would like to convey my gratitude to Mr.Ranga Liyanage for delivering the replete
knowledge on industrial Relations and the IPM providing a better learning environment.
At the same time I aggrade the people who helped me to succeed this case study.

When studying the Hantana Tea Factory health and safety issues
it is very vital that to ensure health and safety is management effectively.
It requires employer to bring to his attention any issues or concerns that
relate to the health and safety of all employees as well as the social.
Consultation helps promote a positive health and safety culture and ensure
that everyone is giving an opportunity to influence health and safety policies
procedures.
Without cooperation between employers and employees, the chance of
managing health and safety effectively are reduced.
Conducting employee consultation
Have to set formal arrangements and should arrange to share all the
information freely. And

This is a process where we can identify the hazard and risk in
the work place or the activity. We have to collect the information and
making the judgement against the standards. By identifying all the
hazards that are present at the site and prioritizing those according to
their risk level provide the guideline for action planning.

Creating a safety culture takes time. A series of continuous process
improvement steps can be followed to create a safety culture.
