PRAYER DURING THE PREPARATION PERIOD
Loving Heavenly Father, I plead with You as Your word says that
You are very compassionate and will by no means cast the one who
comes to You (John 6:37). You are aware of my fears and anxiety
regarding my forthcoming exams. Therefore, please fill my heart
and soul with Your divine presence and be the Lord of my life.
During these days when I prepare for my exams, please remove all
my sicknesses, lack of concentration, apprehensions, tensions,
hurdles and so on and help me to concentrate in learning my
lessons without wasting time, because the Bible assures, For God
has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a
sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).According to the promise, I will
instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide
you with My eye (Psalm 32:8), please teach me how to study.
Please sit by my side and teach me the portions which I am unable
to understand. As it is promised in Your word, If any of you lacks
wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without
reproach, and it will be given to him (James 1:5), please fill me
with Your divine wisdom and understanding. Grant me excellent
memory power so that I can retain all that I learn and recollect it
during my exam. I thank You for hearing my supplication. I lift this
prayer in the matchless name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
