Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call of an unconscious and unresponsive person outside of 401 E St SW on May 28, 2017 between 6:31pm and 7:17pm. The responding officers found the subject and had them transported to George Washington Hospital for treatment. Two body cameras recorded the incident. The call was made by a witness named Adiga Ravi Shankar regarding the medical emergency.
