First, peel the bananas and cut them into small circle.

Boil in 2 glass of water for 10 minutes

In the saucepan, simmer the coconut milk with a


pinch of salt and the brown sugar, stir and be careful
that the coconut milk doesn't quite come to the boil.
After that, when the sugar is dissolved, put in the
bananas and continue to simmer for about 10 to 15
minutes, until bananas are cooked.

Finally, can be served.

First, put the flour and milk in the bowl

Break 2 eggs into the bowl, mix it with a spoon


Heat up the pan and put the butter

Put the mix in the pan, let the mix cook about 5
minutes.

Flip over when the top is brown

And your is ready to be serve

First, Mix together the flour, sugar, egg, milk and salt
to make a smooth, paste-like batter.

Then, peel the bananas and slice each one in half


lengthwise, then across into chunks about three
inches long.
Dip the banana pieces into the batter and shallow fry
in hot oil for a few minutes or until golden brown all
over.
Next drain quickly on a wire rack or paper towel, and
serve warm.

If you like, serve them with real maple syrup,


powdered sugar, or honey, for extra sweetness.

How to Make Kolak


1. Peel the bananas and cut them into small circle.
