Easy Homemade Pizza
Ingredients
1 Pillsbury™ refrigerated pizza crust
4 (8 oz.) pizza sauce
8 ounces shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or pizza blend)
(Favorite toppings like sausage, pepperoni, chicken, veggies, etc.)
Steps
1.Preheat oven and prepare pizza crust according to package directions, placing the dough
onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
2.Slice or dice meats, veggies and other topping ingredients in similar-sized pieces.
3.Using a large spoon, ladle pizza sauce over dough. Use the back of the spoon to spread it
to a uniform thickness, making sure to spread it almost to the crust edges.
4.Layer a generous portion of shredded cheese over the sauce.
5.Add toppings, one at a time, in layers.
6.Bake according to package directions (usually 12-18 minutes), until crust is golden and
cheese is bubbly.
7.Slice and serve.

INGREDIENTS :
    3 – 4 spoonful of flour
    2 eggs
    1 ½ (250 ml) of milk
    1 stick of butter
MATERIALS :
    1 mixing bowl

PROCEDURE :
    Put the flour in the bowl.
    Put milk in a cup.
    Make sure it’s 250 ml of milk.
    Put the milk in the bowl.
    Break the 2 eggs into the bowl.
    Mix it with a spoon.
    Heat up the pan and put the butter
    Put the mix in the pan.
    Let the pancake mix cook about 5 minutes
    Flip pancake over when the top is brown.

    INGREDIENTS
    Pizza Dough: Makes enough dough for two 10-12 inch pizzas
   1 1/2 cups (355 ml) warm water (105°F-115°F)
   1 package (2 1/4 teaspoons) of active dry yeast
   3 3/4 cups (490 g) bread flour
   2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (omit if cooking pizza in a wood-fired pizza oven)
   2 teaspoons salt
   1 teaspoon sugar
    Pizza Ingredients
   Extra virgin olive oil
   Cornmeal (to help slide the pizza onto the pizza stone)
   Tomato sauce (smooth, or puréed)
   Firm mozzarella cheese, grated
   Fresh soft mozzarella cheese, separated into small clumps
   Fontina cheese, grated
   Parmesan cheese, grated
   Feta cheese, crumbled
   Mushrooms, very thinly sliced if raw, otherwise first sautéed
   Bell peppers, stems and seeds removed, very thinly sliced
   Italian pepperoncini, thinly sliced
   Italian sausage, cooked ahead and crumbled
   Chopped fresh basil
   Baby arugula, tossed in a little olive oil, added as pizza comes out of the oven
   Pesto
   Pepperoni, thinly sliced
   Onions, thinly sliced raw or caramelized
   Ham, thinly sliced
    Special equipment:
   A pizza stone, highly recommended if you want crispy pizza crust
   A pizza peel or an edge-less cookie or baking sheet
   A pizza wheel for cutting the pizza, not required, but easier to deal with than a knife

Ingredients for the sauce mustard:

How to make selat solo:
     Meat that has been cleaned up, is cut into thin crosswise ¾ cm.
     Heat the margarine until melted and saute garlic and onion until fragrant.
     Insert the meat and stir until the meat changes its color.
     Next, enter the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce; do not forget to add salt and cloves, nutmeg and pepper.
     Add the water and cook until boiling.
     Enter the boiled eggs
     After the meat is cooked and gravy shrinks, lift it up and set it aside.
     To make the mustard sauce, all the sauce ingredients are mixed and stir until it is evenly distributed.
For the Serving:
     Arrange the lettuce, boiled vegetables, and fries.
     Add the sliced meat and give pickles.
     Add the eggs and mustard sauce.
     Flush with a splash of gravy and selat solo is ready to serve.

    Then, fill the pot with 1 cup of sugar and stir it continuously.

    Finally, Add a little more Hot Water until nearly full and stir once
     more.

     After that, boil some water in a rather large pot, at least about 2 liters.

                                           HOW TO MAKE NASI UDUK
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cups of rice
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pandan leaf
- 1 jeruk purut leaf
- 1 salam leaf
- 1 lemon grass
UTENSILS :
- pan
- big pot
- steamer
- rice paddle
COOKING METHOD :
1. Cook the coconut milk with all the other ingredients except the rice.
2. Meanwhile, wash the rice in another big pot.
3. When the coconut milk comes to a boil, pour it in the pot filled with rice and stir frequently until all the liquid
is absorbed.
4. Move the rice to a steamer until it is cooked.
5. Take out the leaves before serving.
PRESENTATION :
1. Serve hot on a platter with shredded omelet and a mixture of fried peanuts and fried onions.
2. Garnish the platter with sliced cucumber, tomato and green leaves. This recipe makes 4 servings.
                               HOW TO MAKE SEMUR AYAM
INGREDIENTS :
1 whole chicken cut up
1 cup sweet soya sauce
1 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoon onion (chopped)
2-3 tablespoon margarine or oil
2 cloves
water, as needed

PREPARATION :
1. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl and mix them with salt, pepper, nutmeg and
sweet soya sauce.
2. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
3. Fry the onion in either margarine or oil until transparent in a pan.
4. Put the marinated chicken in the pan and cook until done, stirring occasionally.
Add water if it becomes dry.
5. While it is cooking add the cloves and continue cooking for about 30-45
minutes.
6. Finally, serve it.
                             HOW TO MAKE KOLAK
INGREDIENTS :
500 gr sweet potatoes
2 cups thick coconut milk
90 gr brown sugar
pinch of salt
2 cups water
UTENSILS :

COOKING METHOD :
1. Peel and wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into small squares.
2. Boil in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes
3. In other saucepan, simmer the coconut milk with a pinch of salt and
the brown sugar, stirring and being careful that the coconut milk doesn't
quite come to the boil.
4. When the sugar is dissolved, put in the sweet potatoes and continue
to simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes, until potatoes are cooked.
5. Serve hot.
