Basic malware removal, registry, driver, and network troubleshooting.
Symantec Endpoint Protection installation.

Format hard drive and load C&IT-supported operating system (see below)

Install Firefox Web browser and configure firewall and browser settings

C&IT-supported operating systems: Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1; Mac OS X 10.6+
Computer owners are solely responsible for backing up any data they do not want to lose.
The C&IT PC Clinic is not responsible for any loss of data.
Any software to be installed must have original DVDs/CDs, licenses, and/or product keys.
The PC Clinic is not responsible for DVD/CDs or other removable media left in machines.
Computer peripherals (e.g., your printer, digital camera, etc.) cannot be fully tested here.
