CONCLUSION

From our site visit and investigate about M&E equipment at building such as lift (Elevator),
we can conclude that the lifting at building are very comfort and safety to used it. The size of car
lift (2000mm width, 1750mm length, and 2300mm height) are very comfortable to used it and can
support maximum 23 persons per trip. Besides that, the lifting system at building are equipped
with a car fan shut off that design for ventilation in car lift and will automatically shut off to
conserve energy. In addition, system lift at building are built to save energy. As we know, the
using lift need a high voltage (1,000 V) to operate it, so this mean that we can reduce the
consumption of electric. Other than that, lifting at building are equipped with a safety such as fire
emergency return, interphone system, and other that will help during emergency situation was
occur at building. During our site visit, we also learn how the lift operate and know the function
at every equipment in the lift.
