INFORMATION

The undersigned Associate Prosecutor hereby accuses HAKU M.


ANYAKIS of legal age, and a resident of Brgy. 28, Rizal Street, Laoag City,
Philippines of the crime of RAPE, defined and penalized under Article 266-A,
par. 1(b), of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, committed as follows:

That on or about the 10 th day of August 2016, in the City of


Laoag, and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above
named accused, did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously
raped the person of Marie Dimadapuan, by inserting his penis into the
complainants vagina, while she was deprived of reason and while she
was unconscious.

That the said victim suffered actual and moral damages in the
amount as maybe rewarded by the Honorable Court under the
provisions of the New Civil Code of the Philippines.
