1. That the Petitioner filed an Review Petition under section
136(3) of Karnataka Land Revenue Act, for
a) Recalling orders in RA(S) NO.21/2016-2017 dated
28/07/2016 ,MR 88/2008-09 and also MR 119/2011-12
dated 17/6/2012 in respect of the land bearing Sy.No. 295
, Subsequent Sy No:295/3 and New Sy No:295/4,
measuring 30 guntas, situated at Kagallipura Village,
Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, Bangalore
District, for the ends of justice.
2. I submit that,I am the Petitioner, in the above case and affirm
that, I am the absolute owner of property bearing
a)Survey No 295, Subsequent Sy No:295/3, New SY
No:295/4 situtated at Kagallipura Village, Uttarahalli Hobli,
Bangalore South Taluk, Bangalore District , to an extent of 30
Guntas

was granted to my Father SubbaReddy S/o
MopaReddy from Special Deputy Commissioner For
Abolition of Inam, Bangalore.Kolar and Tumkur District on
14/08/1958
3. I submit that, total land available in Sy No:295, Kagallipura
Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk is to an extent
4 Acre 19 Guntas out of which 2 guntas is Kharab.
4.I submit that, the following persons were the owners of the Sy
No:295, Kagallipura Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South
Taluk .Producing RTC from the year 1970 till 2000, along with
this written argument As Annexure P1

5.I submit that, from 14/08/1958 till date, neither my father and
the legal heirs of my father SubbaReddy S/o MopaReddy nor
Nagappa S/o Yella and the legal heirs of Nagappa S/o Yella,
have not encumbered Sy no:295 property.
6.I submit that, in the year 1999, Thasildhar,Bangalore South
Taluk Court in the case No: RRT(DIS)CR/12/1999-2000,have
ordered 30 guntas of land belonged to my share according to
the family will made between Subba Reddy S/o Mopa Reddy and
his family.

7.I submit that, respondents do not have any rights over the suit
schedule property in any manner as mentioned above.
8.I submit that, respondents Mis represented special thasildhar
Bangalore in the case No:RRT(DIS)/95/2008-09 by producing
will with illegal rights on SY No:295, Kagallipura Village,
Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk .
9.I submit that, respondents has illegally converted the suit
schedule property vide ALN(SU)SR/K/30/12-13
dated:17/10/2012.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner, above named humbly pray that
this Honble Court may be pleased to
a) Dismiss the orders in in RA(S) NO.21/2016-2017 dated
28/07/2016 ,MR 88/2008-09 and also MR 119/2011-12
dated 17/6/2012 in respect of the land bearing Sy.No.
295 , Subsequent Sy No:295/3 and New Sy No:295/4,
measuring 30 guntas, situated at Kagallipura Village,
Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, Bangalore
District
b) Remove the name of Respondent No 3,4 and 5, by
mutating the revenue entries Viz., RTC and mutation and
to incorporate the name of Petitioner in accordance with
law in respect of schedule Property.
