PALEO DIET

BLOOD TEST REPORT (12 hour fasting)

a. Cholesterol test
b. Liver function
c. Kidney function
d. Iron deficiency & hemoglobin

NON VEG PALEO DIET


Meal -1
3 5 egg (Include yolk) (egg scramble with onion & tomato, half boiled, full boiled egg)
Use pure coconut oil, ghee or olive oil
Country chicken eggs are best.
Meal -2
Tibetan Butter tea
Chicken / mutton soup
Meal -3
Boiled / grilled chicken, mutton, fish (Use ghee for frying)
1 cup full fat milk / 50 gm full fat cheese

VEG PALEO DIET


Meal -1
100 g Almonds (eat almonds after soaking them in water overnight)
Cashews / Pista / walnuts (fry in ghee)
Vegetable soup/raw coconut or ghee fried coconut
Meal -2
Cauliflower rice (grate the cauliflower into the size of rice and cook)
All herbs or green leaves
Paneer tikka
1 cup full fat milk and curd / 50 gm full fat cheese

Cooking oils ghee, butter, sesame oil / gingelly oil, coconut oil (organic pressed oil), olive oil

FOOD TO AVOID

1. All variety of rice and dhal

2. All Cereals, pulses & nuts - Wheat, barley, oats, maize, millet, lentils, mung bean, soya
bean, green peas, peanuts, raagi, horse gram etc.

3. Potato, nuts items, raw mango, baby corn, plantain, ground nuts
4. Factory made foods (biscuits, sweets, packed foods, snacks, chocolates)
5. Skimmed milk and fruit juices
6. Processed meat and sausage
7. Skinless chicken & deep fried chicken
8. Ready to cook items, preservative foods
9. All forms of sweets(honey, sugar, palm jaggery, sugar cane, sugar free cubes)

FOOD TO EAT

1. Morning two gloves of garlic (chopped) & tulsi leaves (2-3) with Luke warm water.
2. Turmeric (kasturi turmeric) and pepper after breakfast.
3. Meats, fish, egg, paneer, cheese,
4. All vegetables (except potato and carrot),
5. Herbs or green leaves
6. Country Chicken with skin, mutton, fish with skin
7. Avocado fruit
8. Ginger tea

WATER INTAKE

3.5 4 Ltrs of water every day

EXERCISE

Everyday Walking 2- 5 kms

VITAMIN D

Direct sunlight 11.30 AM 12.30 PM 10 to 15 Min

KNEE PAIN

Epson salt spray


Mix Epson bath salt in water and spray it on pain part.
(Water & Epson salt Same amount)

Epson salt bath


Mix Epson bath salt in water and soak your leg for 10 15 min.
(Water Luke warm water, Epson salt 2 cups)
