I have the honor to refer to your Office, the records of investigation relative to the
case for violation of PD1602 committed at about 3:45 PM of September 14, 2017 at Purok
2, Bgy Calaoi, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon

COMPLAINANT/VICTIM : People of the Philippines

SUSPECTS : 1-RICO PELIYAS Y DULVA, 36 years old, married, laborer,


2-DOMINGO ESPINOCILLA Y ESTONANTO, 58 years old, married, laborer, 3-
ROBERTO OLLET Y DOMASIG, 44 years old, single, farmer, 4- GENEROSO DIOQUINO
Y ESTABAYA, 47 years old, married, tricycle driver,5-VIVENCIO LELIS Y DON, 50 years
old, married, laborer, and 6-JONY DORMITORIO Y DON, 39 years old, married, farmer,
all residents of Bgy Calao, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon.

EVIDENCE CONFISCATED: Two sets of playing cards and cash money representing
money bets amounting to one hundred and twenty-four pesos ( 124.00)

FACTS OF THE CASE:

Investigation disclosed that at about 3:45 oclock in the afternoon of September


14, 2017, at Purok 2, Bgy Calao, Prieto Diaz, Sorsogon and within the jurisdiction of that
Honorable Prosecution Office, the above-named accused persons, did then and there
willfully and unlawfully, engaged themselves in an illegal gambling known as tong its a
game of chance or skill, wherein wagers consisting of money, articles of value or
representative of value are at stake or made.
