Summer Training is an integral part of MBA (MM) curriculum and student has to
undergo this training to learn about management . summer project aims at making
aware of market conditions and how marketing policies are implement in various
fields in the various fields.
        During this training period I got Practical experience, which is more than
theoretical one. I came to know few important considerations that are really very
essential when it comes to work on practical grounds.

STRENGTHS: -
     QUALITY THE USP UNIQUE SELLING PROPOSITION:- The uniform and
      good quality of uniley technology and firex provide to its customers gives a competitive
      benefits over its other competitors.
     BRAND NAME: -the brand name RR Kabel also make the customer to make a purchase
      of the RR PRODUCT.
     PUBLIC ACCEPTABILITY: - In the market it happens that the product acceptability
      greatly depends on the brand name and brand image of the company. Name of RR
      KABLE is not new to the customer so they do not hesitate to use its product. RR CABLE
      is a name which has not only made its place in the mind of the customer but also
      conquered a special corner in their heart, which is extremely necessary for a product to do
      well. The product should rule the mind and heart of the consumer.
       Strong supply chain of RR Kable: -as it is into the wire market where the
      timely delivery of wire and cables is important thing rr Kable is very well managing its
      product and supply chain drivers.
     Dedication & hardworking staff: - the round the clock working staff puts the
      organization step ahead of the other competitors. The commitment that the staff possess
      towards the organizations and the way they give their dedications round the clock
      services and the effort they put in the success path is an asset for the organization.
Weakness
   POOR ACTIVATION: -the poor activation of RR KABEL product is a major factor for
    its decreasing retail sale in Indore city. The should go for aggressive activation like
    banners, Glow signboard, more posters etc.so that the customer should very well find the
    retail outlet where RR KABEL product is available.
    FREQUENTLY INCRESING PRICE:- the organization should put a check on the
    frequently increasing price. As the organization very well knows that the indian customer
    are very PRICE SENSITIVE the swtich over fromone brand to anothervery easily due to
    the reasons the major part of population comes under the middle class &middle class
    does make compromise in their lives specially when it comes to the economic part.
    Hence the company should try to manage the economic of scale.
   INCREASE THE DISTRIBUTION & RETAIL MARGIN OF COMMISION:- RR
    KABEL should also increase or at least give a competitive margin of commission to its
    distributes and retailers as this very margin factors create dissatisfactions among these
    people this leads to lower level of interest and participation ultimately result a low market
    share. As this people are considered very important organization is bound to face N
    numbers of problems if these peoples are dissatisfied also they may hamper sales as they
    are the one who are with the direct contact of the customer.
    COMMUNICATION GAP:-the lack of two way communication between the company
    as well as the retailers & even customers also hampers the exponential growth of the
    organization. The distribution & retailer should have the knowledge of actual scheme &
    benefits time to time offers by the company. Any information should efficiently,
    effectively & moreover smartly circulated in the market to avoid misconceptions and
    even rumors.
Opportunities: -
     Use new promotion activities.
     Use latest promotion activities.
     Provide good quality of product at reasonable price.
     To introduce new price list.
Threat: -
     Face competitions with polycab and finolex.
     To maintain its position.
