Reimbursable Expenses

Apart from the fees shown in the above tables, the consulting engineer is entitled to
the reimbursable expenses properly incurred in connection with:

a) Printing reproduction and purchase of all documents, drawings, maps records


and photographs

b) Communication (fax, telephone calls, e-mails, etc)

c) Postage and similar delivery charges

d) Traveling, hotel expenses and other similar disbursements

e) Advertising for tenders and site staff
