lagos State

3. PARTY A is a Beneficial Shop Owner situate, lying and being at 47B, Ire Akari Road,
!solo, Lagos State, the said shop is more particularly delineated in this MOU as
"GROUND FLOOR SHOP 5".

4. Party B is also a Beneficial Shop Owner situate, lying and being at 47B, Ire Akari Road,
Isoto, Lagos State, the said shop is more particularly delineated in this MOU as
"GROUND FLOOR SHOP 6."

5. Party A however, is an owner of Shop 5 Ground Floor and Shop 7Ground Floor, at 47B,
Ire Akari Road, Isoto, Lagos State.
