Teachers (PDPET) also called D.El.Ed Bridge Course for B.Ed In-service Primary
(calss I-V) Teachers.
Eligibility
1. The Teacher should have a B.Ed. degree from an institution approved by
NCTE.
2. The Teacher should be In-service Elementary Teacher teaching classes I-V.
The teacher should be teaching in School as defined under 2(n) of RTE Act 2009
and recruitrd as per the RTE Act 2009
Duration: 6 (Six) months
Time Schedule:
Online Registration: 15th October to 30th November 2017
Verification & Finalisation of registration data: 1 Dec 2017 to 31st Dec
2017
Teaching & Learning: 1st Jan 2018 30th June 2018
Examination Fee: 1st June 15th June 2018
Examination: Last week of July 2018
Course Fee: Rs. 5000/- + Examination fee of Rs.250/- per paper per attempt

1 Login/Registration/Entry by the Untrained Teacher
The teacher can register/login in two ways if the UDISE Code of the school
is available or without UDISE code by giving the School Name.
1.1 Registration by the Untrained Teacher having UDISE Code (Unified District
Information System for Education (UDISE) code is given to a particular school)
The Teacher will register by providing the Following information
o Email-ID
o Mobile
o Password (minimum 6 Characters)
o Confirm Password
o UDISE Code
o Type of School
1.2 Registration by the Untrained Teacher without having UDISE Code
The Teacher will register by providing the Following information
o Email-ID
o Mobile
o State
o District
o Select School/Name of the School
o Aadhar Number
o Password (minimum 6 Characters)
o Confirm Password
o Type of School
1.3 Login by the B.Ed. Teacher
Once the Teacher Registers by one of the above procedure, then he/she can
Login into the system by providing the email-Id, Mobile no and the Password
created during the registration in the previous step.
1.4 Entry by the Untrained Teacher
The following has to be entered by the user i.e the registration form

V. District : should be diplayed
VI. State : should be displayed
VII. Pin code :
VIII. Aadhar No /Voter Id:
IX. Date of Birth : DD : MM : YYYY (selection)
X. Religion : to be selected

XII. Category : To be selected
XIII. Disability : To be selected
XIV. Percentage in Class XII : (Message will be displayed for less than 50%)
XV. Year of Passing XII :
XVI. B.Ed. :Y/N
XVII. B.Ed. Institution District : To be Selected
XVIII. B.Ed. Institution State : To be Selected
XIX. Date of appointment : DD : MM : YYYY
Submit Button
After Submission, the entire form with entries will be displayed for view with
following buttons
Edit Button Payment Button
The Edit Button will take back the user to the Registration Form else the
Payment Button will take the user to the next step of registration to Payment
gateway for making online payment of Course Fee.
A 10 digit Reference number starting with B (B360400001) is generated.
Automated SMS Alert and Email is sent to the Teacher regarding registration
details with Reference number.
2 Login/Authentication by the Principal of the School
2.1 Login by the Principal of the School
The Principal can Login into the system by providing the email-Id, Mobile No.
and the Password given during the registration in the D.El.Ed prog.
2.4 Authentication of the Teacher Record by the Principal of the School
All the data of the Teacher registered with this UDISE code or with the same
School Name of which she/he is Principal, will be displayed in a grid form with
Authentication Button
RefNo Name AadharNo. Application Authentication EnrolmentNo.
Status

The Principal will tick the check box appearing below the Authentication
Button and automatically the 14 digits EnrolmentNo. will be Generated
confirming the admission of the Teacher.
3. Login/Registration by the State Nodal Officer
3.1 Registration by the State Nodal Officer
The State Nodal Officer will register by providing the Following information
o Email-ID
o Mobile
o Password (6-8 Characters)
3.2 Login by the State Nodal Officer
Once the State Nodal Officer Registers then he/she can Login into the
system by providing the email-Id and the Password given during the
registration in the previous step.
The State Nodal Officer can view all the registration data of the untrained
Teachers of the particular State. The data can be viewed District wise.
4. MIS Reports
4.1 Based on the above registration data various MIS reports will be
generated
