Equipment Temperature & Vibration Logs

This document records temperature and vibration measurements taken at various times throughout the day for different components of an industrial machine. Temperature readings were taken for the drive end and non-drive end of the machine as well as ambient temperature. Vibration readings in the horizontal, vertical, and axial directions were also measured at the non-drive end of the machine using different tools.
