1 Verify the nameplate data of ACB
5 Verify the insertion/Mechnical adjustment of ACB inside the Panel
6 Verify the tagging of ACB control and CT wiring
7 Verify the Bus Bars Installation as per approved size of MOC
8 Verify Heat Shrink installation on Up-Stream Bus Bars including bolts
9 Verify Heat Shrink installation on down-Stream Bus Bars including bolts
9 Verify the gap between Phase-Phase and Phase-Ground Buses according
to SOP
10 Verify the protection settings of ACB as per MOC
11 Verify the Power and Control connections of ACB
Verify the tightness of Bolts by torque wrench technique and tightness

should be according to SOP
13 Verify the Insulation Resistance (IR) test results of the Up-stream and
Down-stream isolated Bus of ACB
14 Mention the Poles Resistance (WR) test result of ACB
15 Verify the Closing and Opening Operation Of ACB and Indications
17 Verify the Continuity test of ACB
Verify the Protection setting test of ACB through Primary/Secondary
18 Injection test set
Mention the Insulation Resistance (IR) test results between Phase-Phase
19 and Phase- Ground of LV BDT
20 Verify the connection of Bus Bar Links
Verify the tightness of Bus Links by torque wrench technique and should

be according to Standard
22 Verify the Housekeeping before the energization of system
23 Final Documentation Review
* Test results of all checks should be attached with the Checklist
