Calculate by entering proper equations/functions in the respective cells,


1. The value of sales (units * rate) in column D.
2. Total sales in cell D13.
3. Highest, lowest and average sale value, in D16, D17 and D18 respectively.
4. Count for rates greater than 1000 in column D19
5. Calculate the total sales of items having rates >1000.
6. The commission to salesmen for each item, depending on the sales value of each
item as given in the commission table below.
