VERY IMPORTANT

COMMUNICATION INSTRUCTION FROM JAN. 2017 SESSION (ONWARDS)


(w.e.f. 10th May 2017)

In continuation of our efforts to serve better and reduce mis-communication, following amendments are
implemented and shall be effective from 10th May 2017 onwards for all types of two-way communication
between Administrative & Co-ordination Office, Directorate of Distance Education, Integral University,
Lucknow and others.
All Mobile numbers earlier made available for communication to concerned department for respective works
are being withdrawn from 9th May 2017, 5 PM onwards. These number will not be operational any more.

Only communication medium to ACO-DDE shall be Email: info.dde.iul@gmail.com you are required
to send all work and queries only to this email id and not to any other email id.
The appropriate support and reply shall be given by Administrative & Co-ordination Office, Directorate of
Distance Education, Integral University, Lucknow within 2-3 days, through email and through telephonic call-
back wherever required.
