                                                                                              Attach a plain piece of parchment to
                                                                                               the pattern and secure with low tack tape
                                                                                               or pins.
                                                                                              Trace the three sides of the two rectangles
                                                                                               and the semi-circle around the figure with a
                                                                                               sharp white pencil.
                                                                                              Trace all of the floral outlines.
                                                                                             Grid work
                                                                                              Secure your parchment to Multi Grid No. 28
                                                                                               and firstly complete all of the embossing as
                                                                                               shown in red on the pattern with your Small
                                                                                               Ball embossing tool.
                                                                                              Leaving the parchment attached to the
                                                                                               grid, flip it over and complete all of the
                                                                                               perforating (shown in black) with your One
                                                                                               Needle perforating tool.
                                                                                              Change to Multi Grid No. 14 and emboss all
                                                                                               of the flower shapes.
                                                                                             Perforate
                                                                                              Use your Two Needle perforating tool
                                                                                               to perforate around the semi-circle as
                                                                                               indicated on the pattern.
                                                                                             Emboss
                                                                                              Use your Ball and Shader tools of choice
                                                                                               to whiten the embossing (on the reverse)
                                                                                               created from the Multi Grids.
                                                                                              Erase any visible pencil lines.
                                                                                             Colour
                                                                                              Place your parchment back on the pattern
                                                                                               and working on the front of the parchment
                                                                                               use your Faber-Castell polychromos pencils
                                                                                               to colour in the figure.

      Dorse
       With cobalt turquoise, dorse the border of
         the central design.
      Cut
       Use scissors or snips to cut out the grid
         work and between the semi-circle and
        flowers.
      Finishing
       Cut a piece of plain white paper to the same
         size as the centre design and secure to the
        parchment with dabs of Perga Glue.
       Attach to a piece of orange card with Perga
        Glue.

                   Repeat the above and trace all of the 3D

                   Use white and black pencils to shade in the
                     main orchids and the 3D flowers.
                  Emboss
                   Working on the reverse of the parchment,
                     very lightly emboss the ends of the
                    trumpets with your Medium Ball embossing
                    tool.
                  Colour
                   Use a sharp white pencil to add shading to
                     the vase.
                  Cut
                   Carefully cut out the 3D flowers.
                  Finishing
                   Attach the 3D flowers to the main piece
