Survey Form

Part 1
Please answer the following questions based on your own experience.

1. How do you feel from transferring from Junior High School to Senior High School? Why?

The following questions pertain to emotional/interpersonal traits. Please choose the number that best fits
how much you feel the statement describes you.

1= Strongly Agree 2= Agree 3= Neutral 4=Disagree 5= Strongly Disagree

1. Success is based on survival of the fittest. I am not concerned about the losers.
2. I find myself in the same kinds of trouble, time after time.
3. For me, what’s right is whatever i can get away with.

5. In today’s world, i feel justified in doing anything i can get away with to succeed.
6. I find that i am able to pursue one goal for a long time.

22. I make a point of trying not to hurt others in pursuit of my goals.
23. I enjoy manipulating other people’s feelings.

26. Cheating is not justified because it is unfair to others.

Ten participants in the study were able to answer the online questionnaire and the self-report via
google forms. A tabular presentation regarding the conducted data gathering and the results generated in
each part is shown below:
