PEARL HAIR SHAMPOO This mild shampoo is suitable for natural concept: thanks to the use of recrystallized
Amihope LL concentrate, a natural pearlescent effect is obtained. In addition,
AMIHOPE LL improves conditioning property of the shampoo. Amisoft CS-22 is used
Preparation of recrystallized Amihope LL concentrate: as a natural cleansing surfactant.
When AMIHOPE LL is precipitated in a surfactant solution the particle size tends to be
smaller and the dispersing the LL in a liquid cleansing formulation is easier.
This AMIHOPE LL concentrate is stable, suitable as a premix for various preparations. Part Ingredient (wt %) Function Trade name / Supplier

UPDATE ON GELATINIZATION AGENTS
LGMS-B10GP
LIPGLOSS Below formulation is a great example showing how our gelatinization agents can reduce stringy
effect. Indeed EB-21/GP-1 can increase the viscosity of viscous oils such as hydrogenated
polyisobutene.
GELATINIZATION AGENTS:
To get gelatinization agents, we add an alkyl long chain to glutamic acid. The alkyl chain of Hydrogenated polyisobutene: Octyldodecanol = 80 : 20
60
EB-21 is branched and the one of GP-1 is linear. On top, each gelatinization agent has 3 amide
functions which can form hydrogen bonds. 50
