INFORMATION
The undersigned Associate City Prosecutor accuses CHRIS DICK
y PINK a resident of V and G Subdivision, Tacloban City, Leyte, of
the crime of RAPE, defined and penalized under Art. 266-A, par. 1(d)
of the Revised Penal Code, as amended, committed as follows:

That on or about the 13th day of January 2018 at 3:00 o’clock in


the afternoon, more or less, at Brgy. 37, City of Tacloban,
Province of Leyte, and within the jurisdiction of the Honorable
Court, the above-named accused, who is the live-in
partner/common-law husband of the mother of the victim, with
lustful intent and by means of force, threat and intimidation, did
then and there wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously ravish the
victim, YZZA T. AGNER, 8 years of age, and successfully had
sexual intercourse with said victim without her consent and
against her will, to the damage and prejudice of YZZA T.
AGNER and of the social order.
