After reading through the options it looks to be like The Prince Of Wales,
Niagara-On-The-Lake would be the best, Residence Inn Washington, DC/Capitol would
be average and Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference Center would be the
worst.
The Prince Of Wales, Niagara-On-The-Lake would be the best hotel for a
conference because it is nearby so, instead of staff paying for plane flights we can use
vehicles or the train. Also, the hotel cost would be cheaper because staff wouldn’t have
to stay over night. We could use the conference room and explore the city then all staff
could go home if they choose too.
Residence Inn Washington, DC/Capitol would be average because it is the
second cheapest and closest to home. Paris Marriott Rive Gauche Hotel & Conference
Center would be the worst because it is the most expensive plane flight and hotel. As
well as, all staff might not be able to speak French though it would be a beautiful place
to hold a conference.
Overall, The Prince Of Wales, Niagara-On-The-Lake has all the hotel amenities
needed for a conference. It’s the most budgeted travel and hotel. It has beautiful
conference rooms and a screen projector. Also, it’s a popular city for tourist attractions.
If this is agreed on, it would be a wonderful experience for all staff.
