At Mendez, the roles of the school counselors include:
    Individual Counseling for students (academic, personal/social, and career)
    College and Career exploration
    Gather student data & use data to drive interventions
    Academic Improvement Plans
    Board of Reviews
    Student Success Teams
    Parent Conferences
    Con ict Resolution
    Serve as a liaison between families and the school
    Four year plans via College & Career Guidance Initiative
    Restorative Circles
    Collaborate with ALL stakeholders (students, parents, teachers, administration, and all
    sta )

                         We're Going Digital!
                         The front o ce is currently in the trial and error stage of
                         implementing a digital sign-in system. The students are now
                         signing into the front o ce via Google Form. This is a great
                         way to collect data!
