Joining Documents to be submitted on Day 1 Induction

Please note that in absence of any of the following documents you will be not be on boarded
Please carry all the original documents for verification and 2 sets of photocopies for each of these
documents.
1. 6 Passport size color photographs.

2. Education Certificates:-
Class 10th & 12th Mark-sheets & Certificates
Graduation/ Post Graduation – Degree or Provisional Degree and All the years / semester marks sheets.
If, awaiting final year results, the 10th & 12th Mark Sheet Along With all the Passed out Exam Mark Sheets
and Hall Ticket for latest exams for which result is awaited.
3. Photo ID Proof:- Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Pan Card (Any 1 of these)
4. Address Proof: Proof of Residency for Current & Permanent Address

4. From Current Employment: -


Relieving Letter / Resignation acceptance (Followed by Relieving / Experience Letter)

Resignation acceptance could be in either of the following ways:


1) Print out E-exit on the tool.
2) In the absence of the E-Exit tool, resignation acceptance from the manager’s official email id.
3) Resignation Acceptance on the Letter Head of the Company.
4) Hand-written Resignation accepted & signed along with a Company Seal.
Last 2 months Salary Slips.

Appointment Letter.

In case the organization has shut down, and the Relieving letter is not available, the Appointment Letter along
with last 3 months pay slips to be given.

5. From Previous Employments:-


Relieving letter or Service letter clearly stating the date of joining & date of exit from the organization.

Appointment Letter.

In case the organization has shut down & the Relieving letter is not available, the Appointment Letter along
with last 3 months pay slips to be given.

6. PAN Number.

7. Work Permit (Non Indian citizen).

8. Name change Certificate/Affidavit if applicable.

9. Copy of your resume.
