SPECIFICATIONS FOR MASTIC FLOORING WORK 25.MM.AVERAGE
THICKNESS. Is Code -1195-1978
Approximate Area:- 2500 Sq.ft
1. Cleaning the surface and applying one coat of bitumen as tack Coat.
2. The mastic will be cooked at site and when it is in semi fluid stage and furnished smooth
with trowel. The laying is normally under taken in panels of equal size.
3. Subsequently the joints between the panels are fused with the help of Bitumen. The mastic
composition will be laid and furnished to the desired thickness.
Composition of Mastic.
1. Bitumen of Industrial grade Bitumen. (90/15 or 75/10) 15 %
2. Stone dust. 42 %
3. Stone Grits, 28 %
4. Hydra lime powder 15 %
5. G r a p h i t e 10 %
RATE : 801- RS. PER SQFT. (IN WORDS : EIGHTY RS. ONLY)

(CST+GST) 9% +9%=18 % Extra


Per Sq.ft. This rate is inclusive of all materials & Labour

+ Value of Contract 40 % materials at site
