Plate Install/Removal
CAUTION
Prior to installing/removing plates insure that all dials are on the off position, the power
cord has been unplugged from power source and that grill has cooled.

Plate Install
1. Open grill
2. Turn the plate to the required side
3. Match the cutout of the plate with the tabs on the grill
(see figure 1)
4. Press the plate down until it clicks into place

Plate Removal
Note:
Once the release buttons have been pressed the grill tabs will unlock releasing
the plates–always keep a hand on the top plate while removing
1. Open grill
2. Press and hold the top plate release button
3. Remove plate
4. Press and hold the bottom plate release button
5. Remove plate
Panini Mode
1. Install plates with the ribbed side showing
2. Close grill
3. Plug in the power cord into an outlet
Note:
The power indicator will not turn on until a mode is selected

4. On the mode dial select panini and temperature setting (the power indicator
will illuminate red–see figure 2)
4.1. Temperature settings vary from lowmediumhigh
Note:
Ready indicator will illuminate green once grill has reached chosen
temperature
5. Once ready indicator has illuminated (see figure 3), open grill, place
sandwich on bottom plate and close grill
5.1. Adjust height of the press with the height dial to achieve preferred
pressure on sandwich

Griddle Mode
1. Install plates with desired sides showing
2. Press and hold the hinge release button
2.1. Slowly lower the top of the grill until it is lying flat on counter top
(see figure 4)
3. Plug in the power cord into an outlet
Note:
The power indicator will not turn on until a mode is selected

4. On the mode dial select griddle (power indicator will illuminate red)
5. Use the top and bottom griddle dials to set desired temperatures
5.1. Temperature options are:150°200°250°300°350°400°450°
Note:
Ready indicator will illuminate green when griddle has reached chosen
temperature

6. Once ready indicator has illuminated griddle is ready for use

Cleaning
CAUTION
Prior to cleaning insure that all dials are on off position, the power cord has been
unplugged and that grill has cooled.
Do Not submerge grill into water

Plates
1. Open Grill
2. Remove top/bottom plate(s)
3. Hand wash plate(s) with soapy water or place into dishwasher
Note:
Make sure the plate(s) have completely dried before reinstalling

Grill
1. Wipe grill with damp clean cloth
Note:
Stainless steel cleaner may be used on outside surfaces
