Lee Min Who borrowed P220,000 from Gong Yoo Bae on December 25, 2017 according to a promissory note notarized on that date. The note stated that the full amount was due within 30 days. On March 10, 2018, Gong Yoo Bae issued a demand letter to Lee Min Who noting repeated failures to pay and informing him this was a final demand before legal action would be taken.

evidence by the promissory you executed last December 25, 2017.

Despite repeated oral demands, you still failed to pay your obligation.

Please be noted that this is my final demand and such failure will be
dealt with accordingly in court.
