Introduction
Filipinos are known to be food lovers. Every place in the Philippines they have their own
food delicacies. Many Filipinos like to make a twist on their favorite food because they
want to eat something new and different to their taste. In the Philippines there are so
many unique food restaurants and stall that has a main goal of capturing the heart and
taste of every Filipinos. Filipinos are known to be food lovers it is the main reason why
food business in the Philippines is a blast. They love to eat that is why they love to produce
innovative foods that is surely hit in market and foods that are good for the health of every
individual.
   Both the white and yolk of an egg is rich in nutrients- proteins, vitamins and minerals
with the yolk also containing cholesterol, fat soluble vitamins and essential fatty acids.
Eggs are an important and versatile ingredient for cooking, as their particular chemical
make up is literally the glue of many important baking reactions. Eggs are rich in vitamins
and numerous nutrients which are best for the body.
    Because of the benefits that salted egg has, the researcher studies on how to mix it to
different varieties of foods. Since Filipino like different unique foods like pastries,
entrepreneurs decide to invent pastry food from salted egg. This study tries to find the
relationship of the requirements of establishing a business on newly acquire products.
This research will also encourage the public to eat salted egg hopia and will guarantee
an affordable price.
   Innovating and inventing a certain product is an activity that needs a wide study to
become effective. Business planning is an important ingredient in order to overcome risk
on the procedure of making the product.
Objectives

    CONSTRUCTION AND PROCEDURE
            In this study, salted egg is made as the main filling on hopia. Salted egg hopia is
    prepared through the simple method of baking.
           First, prepare all the materials and ingredients needed in making the hopia.
           Second, mix all the ingredients in making dough 1 and dough 2 then combine
            dough 1 and dough 2.
           Third, roll the dough using a rolling pin then cut the dough into small equal parts.
           Fourth, assemble the hopia by putting the salted egg inside the hopia, this serves
            as the main filling on hopia.
