Continuous Colour Monitoring System

The C-TEX COLOUR is a new continuous colour monitoring system that can be retrofitted onto existing inspection and re-rolling machines. It eliminates colour mismatched garments by monitoring colour deviation across entire rolls and generates pass/fail reports. The system maps colour variation end-to-end and edge-to-edge using Delta E and allows users to batch rolls according to colour for production planning.
