INTERPRETATIONS AND POLICY RECOMMENDATION ON


THE CONSOLIDATED FIRST PERIODIC TEST

ENGLISH

Based on the data of consolidated First Periodic Test Result in


English of Urdaneta Cluster VIII Schools, 614 or 44% got 75% and above
proficiency level while 774 or 56% got below 75% proficiency level.

MATHEMATICS

As revealed on the data of the consolidated First Periodic Test Result


in Mathematics of Cluster VIII Schools, 601 or 43% achieved 75% and
above proficiency level and 796 or 57% attained 75 % below proficiency
level.

SCIENCE

Data on the consolidated First Periodic Test Result in Science of


Cluster VIII schools shows that only 411 or 52% attained 75% and above
proficiency level however 382 or 48% got below 75% proficiency level.

FILIPINO

Based on the data of the consolidated First Periodic Test Result in


Filipino of Cluster VIII schools, 662 or 48% attained 75% and above
proficiency level and 718 or 52% got below 75% proficiency level.

ARALING PANLIPUNAN

As shown on the data of the consolidated First Periodic Test Result


in Araling Panlipunan of Cluster VIII schools, 662 or 48% garnered 75%
and above proficiency level and 718 or 52% got below 75% proficiency
level.

MSEP/MAPEH
As shown on the data of the consolidated First Periodic Test Result
in MSEP/MAPEH of Cluster VIII schools, 662 or 48% garnered 75% and
above proficiency level and 718 or 52% got below 75% proficiency level.

EPP

As revealed on the data consolidated for the First Periodic Test


Result in EPP of Cluster VIII schools, 662 or 48% attained 75% and above
proficiency level and 718 or 52% got below 75% proficiency level.

MOTHER TONGUE

Based on the data consolidated for the First Periodic Test Result in
Mother Tongue of Cluster VIII schools, percentage of pupils from Grades
I-III who got 75% and above Proficiency level is 61% or 313 while
percentage of pupils who obtained below 75% Proficiency level is 39%
or 204.

EDUKASYON SA PAGPAPAKATAO

As revealed on the data consolidated for the First Periodic Test


Result in Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao of Cluster VIII schools, 662 or 48%
attained 75% and above proficiency level and 718 or 52% got below 75%
proficiency level.

RECOMMENDATION

Based on the results and interpretation of the consolidated First


Periodic Test Results of Cluster VIII schools, all teachers must look into
the weaknesses or least mastered learning competencies in all learning
areas and there is a need to give attention to the slow learners.
