Attached herewith is a Memorandum from the TADRO, PNP NHQ with subject
“Counter measures on Exploitation of PNP Uniforms” which aims to prevent
unscrupulous individuals from exploiting the use of PNP uniforms in perpetrating their
nefarious activities.

The attached memorandum explicitly enumerates the preventive measures that


your establishment/store must observe thus, we anticipate your usual cooperation by
observing the said measures and allow personnel from this office access to the logbook
required in the said memorandum when so requested.

This office anticipates your usual cooperation and support to the Philippine
National Police. Thank you very much.
