A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF TANAUAN , LEYTE , THRU

MAYOR PELAGIO R. TECSON JR. TO RELEASE THE MUNICIPAL AID AMOUNTING TWO THOUSAND
PESOS (Php. 2,000.00) ONLY FOR THE YEAR 2017 AND 2018.

WHEREAS; the Sangguniang Barangay request to the Municipal Government of Tanauan , thru
Mayor Pelagio R. Tecson Jr. to release Municipal Aid.

WHEREAS; that the amount shall be Two thousand pesos (Php. 2,000.00) only.

WHEREFORE; on motion of Hon. Romualdo M. Cinco, comm. on Peace and Order duly seconded
by the presented body , be it;

RESOLVED; AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED; to request the Municipal Government of Tanauan , thru

Mayor Pelagio R. Tecson Jr. to approve and to release the Municipal Aid in the amount of
Two thousand pesos (Php. 2,000.00) only for this year 2017 and 2018.

RESOLVED FURTHER , that copies of this resolution be furnished to all offices concerned for
their
information and guidance.

PHILIPPINES TACLOBAN , CITY THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTEEN AND
10/100 (Php 2,113.10 ) ONLY AS PAYMENT FOR THE ELECTRIC BILL FOR THE MONTH OF JULY, 2018.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay approved the payment of the electric bill for the month July,
2018.

WHEREAS, that amount shall be two thousand one hundred thirteen and 10/100 ( Php 2,113.10)
only

WHEREFOR, premises considered on motion of Hon. Vilma A. Lanza , duly seconded by the
majority of the body , be it.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize DORELCO Tolosa , Leyte to encash from the
Land Bank of the Philippines, Tacloban city the amount of two thousand one hundred thirteen and
10/100 ( Php 2,113.10) only as payment for the electric bill for the month of July, 2018.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy this copies of resolution be furnished to all offices concerned for
their information and guidance.
