                                         Gross Motor/Balls
CLEAN UP 2:50 – 3:00 p.m.
I will play the “Clean Up Song”

1. Some balls look     “Hello boys and girls! There are many different
similar but they are   types of balls that we can play with. I will show

2. Inside of balls     I will ask the children if they know what is inside of
                       a ball and how a ball keeps its shape? Then I will
                       show them the inside of a ball that has already
                       been cut open and we will talk about what we
                       see. I will tell the the inside is called a bladder
                       and that is what holds the air inside of the ball.
3 Song                 I will lead the children in singing a song/ doing
                       the actions along with it.

                       In preschool!
                       Repeat with throw the ball, roll the ball, and kick
                       the ball
Transition to Small    Now let’s sing I Can Blow a Bubble as we go to
Focus                  our groups. We will sing “I can blow a bubble,
                       woo, woo, woo. It isn’t any trouble; woo, woo,
                       woo. Then I let float up high and watch it POP!
                       After each time we sing it I will dismiss a group to
                       go with their teacher.
