Finding God in All Things

This document discusses the sacramental principle and how it relates to finding God in daily life. The sacramental principle means that God is present everywhere and humans respond to God's grace through daily activities. The document provides examples of liturgical signs and symbols like images of Mary, the sign of the cross, lighted candles, holy water, and kneeling that represent our faith and connection to God. It also discusses how having strong faith and trust in human relationships can strengthen one's faith in God, and how faith may seem clear at times but blurred at other times depending on one's outlook, but the most important thing is to never lose faith.

“Finding God in all things”

Ever since, when we where a an innocent kid, our parents

would always remind us to make good things every time and also
be a good person, friend and son. This moral law should always
be followed because God is watching above as frequently been
said by the elders, However, there’s a part of myself which
is very hungry and craving for answers to the most enduring
question of all time, which is “Is God, if Yes, where is he?”.
This question has always left me something for me to ponder
and reflect on. However, this question has brought me to this
subject, which is Christian Discipleship Today, Our
discussion about Sacramental Principle really helped me a lot
to really understand God’s Presence. The Sacramental
Principle means that God is present everywhere and we humans
responds to gods grace through our daily activities.

The sacramental principle is connected to the liturgical

signs and symbols because this are the source of our faith
to God, In example, The sacred images of the Virgin Mother
Mary, we often pray to virgin mary in her portrait or replica,
because we believe that Mother mary would tell Jesus our
prayers. Another example is the Sign of the cross, wherein
this symbolizes our redemption of our sins. we always do this
sign of the cross when we pray, or we do something, Through
sign of the cross, this may also be a symbol of asking help
to God. Third Example, The Lighted Candle, this symbolizes
God being a guiding light to everyone that we should follow.
Then, fourth example is the Holy Water, this symbolizes our
protection from sins, This is the reason why we have the
baptismal process, and the last example is Kneeling, when we
kneel this symbolizes that we bow down to God and a symbol
of our Humility as a person.

In my opinion the advantage of using the faith in human

relationship as way of understanding the faith in God is
this enables us to keep our faith snd relationship to God
stronger, if we were just be able to realize that if we can
trust our peers, what more to God who is more worthy of our
trust, This method helps us to be easily be close with our
God. Moving on, the paradox certain and the obscure point out
are things that may become certain and specific but there are

point that it is blurred and like an abstract. In comparison,

to our Faith in God, sometimes our faith becomes clear because
oF our positive outlook and strong belief, and sometimes our
faith becomes blurred because of our downs. But the most
important is we should never lose faith despite of our ups
and downs.
