JUDICIAL AFFIDAVIT OF MS. PILITA CORRALES
The following direct examination of witness, PILITA CORRALES, of
legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident of Unit 16 Avida Brion Towers,
Guadalupe, Makati City, was conducted by Atty. IVY EDODOLLON and
taken on the latter’s office address at Unit 505 Peninsula Court Bldg.,
Makati Avenue, cor. Paseo de Roxas, Salcedo Village, Makati City, Metro
Manila.
OFFER OF TESTIMONY
The testimony of the witness is being offered to prove the following:
1. The personal circumstances of Ms. PILITA CORRALES and her
qualifications as a witness.
2. That Ms. PILITA CORRALES has personal knowledge about the
philandering ways of the respondent, Felipe “Babe” Ero.
PRELIMINARY MATTERS:
1. Q: Ms. Witness, please state your name, age, nationality and
civil status.
A: I am Pilita Corrales, 26 years old, Filipino, married to
Mr. Amado Reynoso.

2. Q: Are you voluntarily testifying before this court about
your personal knowledge about the Eros?
A: Yes.
3. Q: What is your current profession?
A: I am a musician at Sage Bar, Makati Shangri-la Hotel.
4. Q: How long have you been working at Sage Bar?
A: My employment started in February 2014.
5. Q: What exactly do you do as musician at Sage Bar.
A: As a professional singer, I do live musical performances. I
also play harp and different string instruments for our
guests.

TESTIMONY PROPER
6. Q: Ms. Witness, who is the petitioner and respondent
in this case?
A: The petitioner is Mrs. Isha Martin Ero. The respondent is
Mr. Felipe Ero.
7. Q: How do you know the petitioner and respondent?
A: The petitioner is my close friend in college. She
introduced her husband to us during class reunion in 2013.
8. Q: To your knowledge, why did petitioner seek your
testimony?
A: She sought my testimony because I know that Felipe is a
notorious womanizer.
9. Q: Why did you say that you “know” that Felipe is a
notorious womanizer?
A: Because he is our regular guest at Sage Bar. I have seen
him going to the bar several times with different women.
10. Q: When you say “regular guest”, how often do see Felipe in
your Bar?
A: He goes to the bar every weekend since 2015.
11. Q: What does he usually do in the Bar?
A: I observed that he goes the bar with different women.
Then once seated in his favorite spot, he would order his usual
whiskey, a bottle of Dalmore 15 yrs. He and his date will drinks

until 3:oo AM. After that, he would escort the lady out of the
bar.
12. Q: Can you describe those ladies?
A: Yes, they look like Victoria’s Secret angels. They have slim
body but with big bust. From my estimate, they are ranging
from 18-23 years old.
13. Q: What is this favorite spot that you’re referring to?
A: That is the bachelor’s table.
14. Q Can you describe that bachelor’s table?
A: Yes, that table is in the middle of the bar. Near to the mini
stage where I perform.
15. Q: Can you describe how near is that table from the mini
stage?
A: Yes, around four to seven meters. That is why I can clearly
see them.
16. Q: In those drinking sprees, who usually pays the bill?
A: It’s Felipe, because I have seen him asking for the bill and
waving his credit card to those women. I think that is his way of
impressing them
17. Q: What else did you observed about Felipe?
A: I observed that Felipe is always trying to make her dates
really drunk at the end of their date. He always orders whiskey
for those ladies. He doesn’t care about the bill. There were
several times that I can see him being to touchy and clingy to
those women.
18. Q: When you said “touchy and clingy”, what do you mean?
A: I have seen him kissing his dates passionately and
sometimes getting they got too intimate.
19. Q: Was there any instance that you confronted Felipe about
his philandering ways?
A: Yes, since I know him, I confronted him in 2015. I told
him to stop womanizing and instead be faithful to Isha. I asked
him to spend more time with his family. But he just told me,
“Wala kang pakialam sa buhay ko, normal lang ‘to sa mga
aming mga lalaki. Nagbabayad ako kaya kumanta ka lang
dyan!” From there on, he just ignored me.
20. Q: What did you after that? If there’s any.
A: I immediately contacted Isha. Over the phone, I told her
everything about Felipe’s womanizing behavior at the bar.

21. Q: How did Isha reacted to that?
A: My friend was really hurt. She admitted to me that they
were indeed having some marital problems but hopeful that
that it will be fixed. She told me that Felipe will still change and
become a faithful husband.
22. Q: Please go over the testimony contained in this Judicial
Affidavit. Do you confirm and affirm the due execution of this
affidavit, the truthfulness and veracity of the testimonies
contained herein and the faithfulness to originals of the copies
or reproductions attached?
A: Yes, I am executing this Judicial Affidavit to attest to the
truth of the foregoing facts and to serve as my direct testimony
in connection with Civil Case No. 18-0721, Mrs. Isha Martin Ero
v. Mr. Felipe “Babe” Ero.
