If I were a famous singer, I would help people with cancer.
If I were mayor of RIOBAMBA, I would collaborate with budget for support
centers to cure HIV.
If I were a famous footballer, I would create foundations to treat cancer and HIV.
If I were rich, I would buy medicine for people with HIV.
If I had HIV, I would not know how to continue my life.
If my mother had breast cancer, I would give anything to cure her.
If I had a drug company, I would collaborate with some free prescriptions.
If I were a researcher, I would try to find a cure for HIV.
Conclusion
I think that someday we will find the cure for these diseases.
I believe that the governments will work together so that access to these medicines
will be cheap and without paperwork.
In conclusion the cancer, VIh are incurable diseases and as common as having a flu.

• Si tuviera una compañía farmacéutica, colaboraría con algunas recetas gratuitas.
• Si fuera un investigador, trataría de encontrar una cura para el VIH.
• Creo que algún día encontraremos la cura para estas enfermedades.
• Creo que los gobiernos trabajarán juntos para que el acceso a estos medicamentos sea
barato y sin papeleo.
• En conclusión, el cáncer, VIh son enfermedades incurables y tan comunes como tener una
gripe.
People that have these diseases fight every day, for this reason, these people are
heroes without coat.
Enterprises that develop new medicine for these diseases know that they can save
lives, but these itselves know that these medicenes are very expensive, however,
they never lose the hope.
Some people criticize, talk and think without know that the diseases like cancer,
VIH are mortal and these people do not anything to contribute with a solution.
Nowadays there are different methods for fight these diseases such as:
Radiotherapy, chemotherapy, Immunotherapy, Directed therapy and much more.
These methods are very expensive, however, some governments make the
difference, it does contributions to organizations so that they develop more effective
and cheaper medicines, and finally find a solution for this error genetic.
In addition, in some third world countries these diseases are more common that in a
developed country.
Sometimes, only rich people find access to effective methods that fight with cancer
