Sub:-Legal notice to stop harassing my client on the ground of
false allegations as to debts etc-Rg
Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Sri. Pesala Raghunath
son of late peetambaram residing at door No:-1/882 Yarramukka palli Kadapa
city, I herely issue this legal notice to you with the following facts.
1.Your father named pesala peetambaram firstly married Jayamma and
blessed with one son named Raghunath who is my client herein. The first wife
of peetambaram named Jayamma died during 1943 year by leaving my client
as their legal representative. The father of my clirnt married Amrutavalli as
second wife and blessed with one doughter named jayalakhumma and one son
named sateesh kumar I.e yourself.
2. The fatehr of my client named pasala peetambaram was authorised
as fair price shop stockist for F.P shop No:-36 of 11 the ward of Mangali street
Kadpa city and mandal. The father of my client died in 2005 yeat by leaving
the fair price shop No:-36 to my cient since my clinet is the legal
representative as his first son to his father late pesala peetambaram. The
R.D.O of kadapa granted authorisation to my client for F.P shop No:-36 and
that my client is runnig that F.P shop fairly to the satisfaction of public and
authorities. You have no right or authority over that F.P shop of my client. It is
not ancestrol property of your father. The High court of A.P in W.P No:-

18217/2014 on 14-07-2014 confirmed the authorisation of F.P shop No:-36 in
favour of my client.
3. My client has been running the shop by getting the stocks by paying
amounts by selling the gold jewellary of his wife. Your and my client got
separated in 2006 year and you both are living separatily since 2006 year. Your
got marriage in 2009 year and doing your own business in variour fields with
variour goods.
4.Your used to come to the F.P shop of my client for scolding my client
by saying that you will send number of petitons to authorities for seizing stocks
and futher you are using criminal force and political influence for knocking
away the F.P shop given to my client. You have no right or authority to intefere
with F.P shop of my clinent and that you should not obstruct my client from
distributing goods to the public form that F.P shop No:-36. On 15-09-2017 by
07:00 PM and other dates your wife and your self came to the house of my
client and threatened my client and his wife to break the hands and legs of
them and put on end to their lives. You are demanding my client to pay large
amounts to you as if my client is indebted to you. My client did not borrow any
amount from you and that my client did not execute any promissory note to
you at any point of time. So you should not demand or force my client to pay
those alleged amouts to you since my client is not indebted to you. My client
states that you fabricated and brought up forged pronote by forging the
signatures of my client for making wrong ful gain.
5.Therefore please take this legal notice and that you should not attack
my client either at his F.P shop or at his residential house for the alleged debts,
which are not borrowed from you. Other wise my client is forcede to take civil
and criminal stepes against you both in the court of law and also before police
by holding you liable for costs and conseqences.
