Most Respectfully Showeth:
1. That the appellant has filed the accompanying appeal against
the final Order dated 31.05.2018 in the court of MS.Renu
Bhatnagar Additional Sessions Judge- Special Fast Track
Court: Souh-East District: Saket Courts: New Delhi in FIR No.
717/2014 PS Badarpur against the said order dismissing the
Complaint filed by the Appellant thereby acquitting the accused
persons/ Respondent herein
2. That the respondents have been wrongly acquitted by the
Learned Additional Sessions Judge- Special Fast Track Court:
Souh-East District: Saket Courts: New Delhi against which the
appellant has filed the accompanying appeal.
3. That further the appellant wanted to file his appeal through a
private counsel but he could not arrange the money required
for filing the appeal through a private counsel. Thereafter he
approached the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee
(DHCLSC) for the accompanying appeal by the nominated
counsel of the DHCLSC.
4. That the appellant took some time to collate the entire set of
documents on record before the Ld. Trial Court.
5. That in the instant circumstances, the delay in filing the Instant
appeal is neither intentional nor deliberate but on account of
the reasons mentioned above.
Prayer
That in the light of the above facts and circumstances and in the
interest of justice, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble
Court may be pleased:
A. To condone the delay of days in filing of appeal along with
applications, and
B. Pass any other order/orders which this Hon’ble Court may
deem fit in the interest of justice.

I, Sanjana Saini D/o Birma Devi aged about 37 years, resident of D-
2/421, Hari Nagar, Jaitpur, New Delhi-44, do hereby solemnly affirm
and state that I am fully conversant with the facts and circumstances
of the case and hence competent to depose by way of the present
affidavit.
1. That I am the appellant in the instant appeal and the application
and as such I am conversant with the facts and circumstances of
the present case. As such I am competent and authorized to
depose the present affidavit.
2. That I say that I have read and understood the contents of the
instant application which has been drafted under my instructions
and I say that the contents thereof are true and correct to my
