 PRICE:

Mentioned Price is Ex-Works Basic Price For Net Cost to you, prices Quoted are based on todays cost.

 GST :-

GST @18% included in above price any change at the time of delivery will be applicable.
Your GST Number Compulsory mention in your Purchase Order.

 DELIVERY:- 
 
Within 1 / 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your Techno-commercially clear & firm Purchase Order
along with advance, subject to Force Majeure condition and unforeseen delay which is beyond our /
suppliers control.

 GOVT. LEVIES :-


Any entry tax or any such Govt. charges / levy applicable at the entry point of the destination will be to
your account.

 TRANSIT INSURANCE :-


Transit insurance of the equipment from our works up to the destination at extra cost & borne by you

 VALIDITY:-

Our offer shall remain valid till 30 days from the date of issue and would be subject to our
confirmation in writing thereafter.

 PAYMENT:-

30% Non-Interest bearing advance along with your technically & commercially clear order & balance
against Proforma invoice before dispatch of D.G set.
(100% amount inclusive of all taxes & duties is payable before dispatch.)

 SPECIAL CLAUSE :-

1) If the Delivery of the D.G Set is Not Taken as per the Order, than Equipment may be diverted to other
customer and new delivery schedule will be mutually decided with the price implication as required
2) Cancellation Charges: if purchase order is cancelled by the customer cancellation charges will be
applicable at 2% of the basic order price for all items of 2 to 250 KVA for all items of rating above 250
kva it will be at 2.5% of the order price.

 OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. All orders are subject to our Order Acceptance in writing.
2. All disputes and / or differences arising out of the order / Contract against our Offer shall be referred to
Arbitration under Arbitration & Conciliation ACT 1996 and/or any statutory modification in force thereof
and such arbitration are Subject to Pune Jurisdiction.
3. Hamal Panchayat Charges ( Mathadi Charges / Varai Charges) to be settled & paid by customer.
