Families ,mid and poor section of society in RURAL
areas.

students from less privileged backgrounds for
gainful employment.

Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission
(UPSDM) has empanelled Manager Anglo
Sanskrit College (MASC) as a Private
Training Provider in various districts to
train candidates and facilitate their
placement. UPSDM is undertaking to
implement UP Skill Development
Programme in mission mode to train
candidates in short term modular courses.
The target groups for these projects are candidates
from rural BPL households.
BPL beneficiaries from families who have completed
100 days (or maximum permissible days of work)
under Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment
Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) should be given
preference in selection of beneficiaries under the
Project
The number of rural BPL candidates to be covered
should be specifically indicated in the Project Proposal
along with proposed trades, districts, course duration
etc.

MASC Trust follows the Standard Operating
Procedures(SOP)
MASC Trust includes both operational and
complaince team leaders. It assures that
their team leaders utilize technology to
make sure that all employees are working.
MASC Trust should also integrate with
active directory so that employee noncompliance issues are directly reported to
the right people so that they may take
action where necessary.
