STEPS
• Preparing tools and materials

• Checking the tools to be used in the correct position, sharp, and perfect
2 • Beam shape beam size 48 x 5 x 5 cm and 107 x 5 x 5 cm with split machine and engine crab.

• Determine the beam using a grader to keep the beam straight and elbows on both sides.

• Splitting the beam using a split machine to get the width and height of 5 x 5 cm.

5 • Take the beam to be measured and to mark the area to be cut.


Cut the beam using a cutting machine with a
size of 48 cm as much as 2 bars and 107 cm as
many as 2 bars.

Measure and determine the places to be drilled


to determine the part to be made holes for the
connection.

Make a holder, senderan, holder bracket and


wooden retainer / foot support let elbow using
board.

Wooden planks use a thickened crab machine


for tidiness on wood.
1. Cut and split wooden boards using a machine of any size.

 Wood with size 40 x 5 x 2.5 cm as much as 3 rods (for the support of the
foot let me remain elbows and not rocking).

 Wood with size 40 x 6 x 2.5 cm as many as 5 rods (for 3, rod to hold the
holder, 1 rod for rear legs and 1 stem for senderan).

 Wood with size 40 x 15 x 2.5 cm as much as 1 bar (for senderan).

 Wood with size 50 x 7 x 2.5 cm as much as 4 stems (for the holder).

 Wood with size 48 x 4 x 2.5 cm as much as 2 stems (for senderan).

• Checking the punctuality, accuracy of the size, strength and
tidiness of the connection according to the drawing.

• Make a wooden arch using a grading machine by setting the
engine eye as desired.
Drill the places to be installed bowel, on each wood as much as 4
4 bowels, left side 2 and right 2.

5 Construct and begin to attach parts between each other.

6 Use adhesive glue on the joint.

After all the connections are done, stick the wood for the
7 cradle (adjust to the place).

8 Paint the chair using paint that has been given by the instructor.

9 Finishing on a chair.
