A specialist industrial enterprise Uzbekenergotamir was opened in 1967 to perform repairs and
maintenance of electric power plants located in the republics of Central Asia and Kazakhstan.
The office of headquarters is located in Tashkent city.
The enterprise incorporates:
- four permanent industrial areas located on the territory of thermal power plants of the Republic;
- industrial base in Kibrayskiy district (1st, 2nd & 3rd lines).
After denationalization in 2001 the enterprise was reorganized into a Joint Stock Company
Uzbekenergotamir.
Pursuant to Act of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-370 issued on May 6, 2014
on introducing amendments and additions to the law “Concerning joint stock companies and protection of
the rights of stock holders” the status of the enterprise was changed to Joint Stock Company
Uzbekenergotamir.
Authorized capital as of January 1, 2016 is 5 256 600 thous. UZS and it comprises 1 752 200
shares.
Stock holders of JSC Uzbekenergotamir are:
JSC Uzbekenergo – 51%
JSC Sirdarya TPS – 25%
JSC Mubarekskaya TPP – 13,99%
Private individuals – 10,01%
The nominal value of one share is 3000 UZS.

The enterprise has long experience of making complicated specilized repairs of the following
equipment:
Boiler equipment including the following:
- overhaul for all types of HRSGs and water boilers including reconstruction and modernization, technical
upgrading;
- fabrication, installation and repairs of heating surface elements for boilers;
- repairs of steam separation system, collectors and pipelines for various service, repairs of pressurized
vessels;
- repairs of rotating units including vibration analysis and balancing;
- overhaul of boiler draft systems;
- maintenance of drums;
- ultrasonic tests for weld joints and base metal of pressurized vessels and lifting facilities and submission of
relevant report;
- thermal treatment of pipe bends and weld joints by means of mobile equipment.

Turbine equipment including the following:
- all types of overhaul for steam turbines;
- repairs and maintenance of regulation and steam distribution systems;
- balancing rotors with their own bearings and on the units;
- reblading for any turbine rotors;
- re-bedding for sleeve shaft bearings and subsequent boring to the required
size;
- high-precision treatment of bores in coupling halves of turbine rotors,
generators, pumps directly on the site of installation;
- maintenance of all the types of pumps.

Electrical equipment as well as:
- generator capital overhaul;
- total replacement of generator stator winding;
- repairs of active part of the stator;
- repairs of generator rotors with partial replacement of winding;
- repairs of any types of HV switches;
- repairs of generator hydrogen sealing;
- repairs of HV motors with replacement of insulation winding, restoration of winding
sections applying used copper, fabrication of winding sections using new copper;
- repairs of LV motors;
- balancing generator rotors and electric motors.

The enterprise owns the following facilities to perform
testing after maintenance and overhauling:
- laboratory for measuring
equipment, I&C;
- laboratory for metals and
weldments;
- HV equipment testing laboratory.

Goods replacing imported ones are successfully
produced in JSC Uzbekenergotamir:
- boilers heating surface elements
(convection superheater packages, water
economizer packages). Rated annual output
exceeds 400 tones.
- hot bed cushioning packages for
regenerative air heater (RAH). Rated annual
output is up to 250 tones.
- tubular air heater (TAH) sections. (ТВП).
Rated annual output is up to 200 tones.

The enterprise can arrange a mobile team managed
by engineering specialists and comprising highly
qualified electric welders and skilled metal workers,
as well as structural engineers who can develop a plan
of installation works and activities management plan,
and prepare relevant drawings.
The enterprise is open to offers and orders on
maintenance, installation and reconstruction services
to be rendered in any country of CIS.
