The Unicorn lyte analyzer is required to be turn on all the
times.
If you do not use analyzer for a long time, you need to
remove reagent pack and then perform priming with DI
water and drain the all liquid from tubes.

How to use MBM correctly ? Please operate
according to following requirements.
Store the MBM card at 2 – 30⁰C.
If you take the MBM from refrigerator then
restore it to room temperature before install
in instrument. During this period do not tear
the aluminium foil bag.(about 25 minutes).

Install pump tube on plunger and ensure it should not be
overstretched or overlapped

Install MBM
MBM
Push the tongue of MBM box Install new MBM in MBM box
and open it

Insert it properly in box Push it gently to close and
lock

Switch on analyzer
After switch on the instrument, analyzer shows READY screen

Sampling :
After the calibration of the analyzer it is in the status of
“READY”, lift the sample door, the prompt, “Probe in Serum?”
will be displayed, press YES and pump will begin to aspirate.

After beep sound take out the sample and clean probe with
lint-free tissue and close the sample door

After closing the sample door a brief countdown will begin.
“Analyzing…” will be displayed. Upon completion of analysis,
the test results will displayed and printed
