Green Chutney:Ingredients:Coriander Leaves or dhaniya

GingerMint Leaves or pudinaLemon JuiceGreen Chilies


Black salt as per tasteCumin seed or Jeera Snedha
Namak as per tasteMethod: Blend all the ingredient in a
mixer grinder.Add lemon and salt as per taste.
Green Juice Making Material / Method: -(The list of ingredients
given below gives information about which things can become
green juice.)(Intake 400 ml per person)
1. Spinach (10 to 12 leaves.)
2. 2. Green coriander (10 to 12 leaves).
3. 3. Mint (8 to 10 leaves)
4. 4. Tulsi (8 to 10 leaves)
5. 5. Ginger (20 gms)
6. 6. Cabbage (100 gm)
7. 7. Capsicum (1 no)
8. 8. Black pepper powder (according to taste).
9. 9. Black salt (according to taste).
10. 10. Sugarcane juice or jaggery (300 ml)
11. 11. Belapatr ( bel-tree offered to Shiva) 3 to 4 leaves.
12. 12. Moringa/Drumstick leaves / fruits (drumstick. (6 inch
piece.
13. 13. Amla 5-6 (per person)
14. 14. cumin powder (according to taste.
15. 15. Lime juice (1 no)
16. 16. Raw Mango (100 gm)
17. 17. Curry leaves (10 to 12 leaves)

20. 20. Guava / Jamun / Mango leaves• Can change the
leaves according to the availability and taste.•
Sprouted Moong Salads:Ingredients:
2 cups of sprouted moong beans 1/2 tsp chaat masala
(optional)1 small or medium sized green, red and yellow
capsicum, finely chopped 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
A few corianders leaveFresh corn kernelsRock salt or
black salt as required 1 tsp lemon juice or as requiredMethod
• Rinse the sprouted moong beans in water.• Strain
the sprouts.• Mix all the ingredients except the salt bowl.•
Season with salt Garnish with coriander leaves.• Serve
immediately.
