2 cups of sprouted moong beans 1/2 tsp chaat masala
(optional)1 small or medium sized green, red and yellow
capsicum, finely chopped 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped

black salt as required 1 tsp lemon juice or as requiredMethod
• Rinse the sprouted moong beans in water.• Strain
