OUR
JOURNEY
BEGINS
HERE
Brainstorming Idea
Upon learning about the theme 'Earth Allies,'
our immediate focus was on developing a
solution to support farmers, who are
undeniably crucial allies in preserving our
planet.
Our Initial Prototype
Our initial concept involved developing
a robot capable of performing
ploughing, seeding, and irrigation
tasks. However, after completing the
model, we discovered that similar
robots are already available in the
market. As a result, we decided to
pivot and explore a new idea for the
development of a different robotic
system.
New Ideas
After conducting further research, we
found that while robots are designed to
perform a wide range of tasks, there is an
notable gap in area of soil analysis. To
address this, we decided to integrate a soil
analysis system in our robot. Additionally,
we expanded the robot’s capabilities to
include harvesting, weeding and treatment
application. We have now commenced the
development of this enhanced robotic
solution.
Our Final Prototype For
Regionals
Our team successfully developed a
prototype capable of performing
various agricultural tasks, including
harvesting, weeding, soil analysis,
and treatment application. The
model functioned effectively and
was fully prepared to compete in
the regional competition.
Regionals Competition in
Ahmedabad
Our team secured fourth place at the
regional competition held in Ahmedabad
on August 17th. This achievement
qualified us to participate in the national
competition
