Braap Content Marketing

First…

Please review and understand our website at https://sandbox.braap.io/ there is a lot of good content that will help you
understand what we do and give you an idea of our writing style.
What We Do

When things break there is a lot that goes into fixing them in terms of parts, technicians, workflow organization, job
assignment, and scheduling. At Braap we build technology that solves these problems. We also connect parts suppliers,
technicians, and customers. Here are our main services:

• Technician labor – at Braap we have a national technician work force who can provide fixes and maintenance for our
customers.

• Maintenance – we offer routine maintenance and inspections on all the machines we have. We automatically set up
maintenance schedules and book dates based on our customer's machine or asset.

• Repairs – when something goes wrong on our customers machine all they must do is buy a diagnostic on our site and our
techs will provide the labor.

• Pick up and delivery / onsite job assessment - for machines that can be picked up we will pick up and deliver that machine
to the tech to make the fix. For a machine that cannot be moved out tech will come the machines' location to make the fix.

• Parts – Braap partners with suppliers in the industry to provide our customers with the best parts that can either be used
by our techs or purchased separately for self install.

• Advanced technology – Braap’s missions is to create technology that simplifies complex workflow processes in the service
industry. We charge a monthly subscription for a technology because it is industry leading.
Our Users

We have two general groups of users:

• Corporations – corporations are companies that either own or manage many machines or assets (we refer to the things we
service as machines and assets). Think of a corporation like a construction company that operates a fleet of heavy
machines. Another example is a service company that has their own techs that service machines or assets owned by that
companies' customers. Like an air conditioning company that makes fixes for big buildings or warehouses.

• Recreational users or homeowners – these customers typically only have a few machines or assets they may manage on
Braap. They use our techs to make repairs on the things that they own.
Our Process

This is a step by step on how a service appointment works:

1. A users buys a diagnostic and parts

2. A tech gets assigned the job that the user creates
3. The tech reviews the job and decides if there are any modifications
4. If no the tech orders the parts and schedules the machine or asset pick up
5. First the parts arrive at the tech's location
6. Then the machine arrives (this is done so there is no time waiting for parts)
7. The tech completes the repair or maintenance and schedules a pickup date
8. The driver comes picks up the machine from the tech locations and drops it back to the customer

We also do onsite work so this is the same process but instead of the machine getting picked up and delivered the tech goes
to the machine to complete the fix.

Content

When I write content for this site, I like to think about it terms of content sections. These are the points I really try to
drive home to the user:

The machine or asset – I typically write a sentence or two about the machine we are referring to so that the user gains
confidence we understand their machine

Maintenance – I like to write something in all our content about how we provide maintenance. It is important to mention
that it is automated.

Service – It is also important we write about service. For this I give examples of fixes we can makes, and I also talk
about how our service process is special.

Parts – We must convince the user we have the parts they need. I usually describe that all our parts fit their exact
machine or asset.

Pickup and delivery / onsite – It is important we mention something about this process because not many other
companies offer this. It is a major convince factor for our users.

Technology – We need to convince the user we have the best technology on the market. Terms I use are white-glove,
automated, simple etc.

It is important we give specific example for each of these content points

Where is the content going?

The content is going to go on these “Marketplaces” pages.

There are two level of the content.
Where is the content going?

This is the industry subpage. We use this to SEO for the entire
industry so if some one were to search for “lawn equipment
service” this page would show up. We need a piece of content to
replace the current content next to the images.

Thisthe
This is the industry subpage. We use this to SEO for is what
entirewe call the type subpage. This is where most of the
industry so if some one were to search for “lawncontent will go. There are 86 subpages, and we need a piece of
equipment
service” this page would show up. We need a piece unique contenttofor each. This page is advertising the machine type
of content
so if a user were to search for “snowblower service” this page
replace the current content next to the images.
would come up.

The goal with this page is to get the user to click on that search bar
to look up and book a diagnostic. So, we need to write content that
directs the user there.
Content Examples

There is content to read all over the site to get an example of our style look in the footer for the “About”, “Technician”,
and “Supplier Partner” page. There is also a lot of content on the “Features” page. Here a few blogs that I wrote that
really demonstrate the quality and content we are trying to write to:

This is not finished but it is still a good example.
What We Expect

This is what we expect in terms of quality and content:

1. Written in proper American English (ex. use labor not labour)

2. Wording gets the point across and is not too complex
3. There are no misspelled words
4. Content is all unique and not plagiarized
5. Wording is not clunky the whole article must have a flow and read well
6. Proper punctuation
7. The writing must demonstrate our brand and what we do
8. The writing must demonstrate an expert understanding about the machines or industries
