Prohibited Acts of Voters
(Sec.66)
a) Bringing out of ballot, ballot secrecy folder or
marking pen except in the case under Article IX of
this Resolution;
b) Speak with anyone other than the EBs while inside
the polling place;
c) Prepare the voter’s ballot without using the ballot
secrecy folder, or to exhibit its contents;
d) Fill out the voter’s ballot accompanied by another,
except in the case of voting by assistor;
e) Erase any printing from the ballot, or put any
distinguishing mark on the ballot;
f) Use of capturing devices such as cameras, cellular
phones or other means to copy the contents of the
ballot, or otherwise make use of any other scheme to
identify his vote;
g) Intentionally tear or deface the ballot; or 21
Preparation of Ballots by an

 No voter shall be allowed to vote as an
illiterate, PWD or SC unless it is indicated in
the EDCVL, or if not indicated as PWD, the
disability is readily apparent.
