SheFinds was founded in 2004 and has continuously evolved from a small shopping blog to a full-scale, multidimensional women’s content site covering fashion & beauty, health & wellness, celebrity style, and a myriad of lifestyle and news topics. We strive to be entertaining and edgy while intelligent and informative. Our brand vision is inclusive, approachable, and honest; but (most importantly) never boring.

Our team

Michelle Madhok

Founder and CEO

Michelle is the CEO and founder of Shefinds Media. She began her media career at CBS where she led their initial internet strategy. Michelle later moved to AOL where she held positions of increasing responsibility in their women's content group. In 2004 Michelle launched Shefinds.com in response to a growing women's online shopping market which she identified while at AOL. In 2008 she successfully raised Series A venture funding. As CEO Michelle guides overall strategic direction, brand identity, business development, and all consumer/trade facing public relations. She holds a BS from UC Berkeley and an MS from Northwestern University.

Michael Palka

President and COO

Michael has a background in brand management holding positions at Bristol-Myers, Mattel, and Sara Lee. He transitioned to internet technology in 2003 working for Ask.com, iCrossing, and several startups. Michael has been with Shefinds Media since 2007 and is responsible for day-to-day operations, budgetary management, product development, and partnership integration. He also leads venture capital and M&A analysis. Michael holds a BS from Boston University and an MBA from New York University.

Justine Schwartz

Editorial Director

Justine Schwartz is a veteran women's lifestyle editor; she's written extensively about style & beauty tips, health advice and wedding planning. Editorial Assistant

Mariam is an Editorial Assistant and writer at SheFinds, covering everything from style and beauty to health and wellness. What are your editorial policies?

At SheFinds media, we only rely on human editors to produce stories—never AI. Our team of experienced journalists relies on first-hand experience, extensive research and the commentary by industry experts to provide service stories to our readers. We are never biased, always balanced, and stick to the facts.
